This is my old-time stringband with bluegrass chops that plays really good music. With Chris Coole (chriscoole.com) on banjo and Max Heineman on bass, we play a mix of original and traditional music that we infuse with haunting melodies, buzzing vocal harmonies and driving rhythm. We have toured all over North America and Europe and we will be hitting the road with a vengeance once this pandemic is done. In the meantime, we are working on a fifth record and releasing lots of FaceBook and Instagram content. Here are a few videos to give you a taste of our sound. Enjoy! 

Here's Tom Power and I playing a classic old fiddle tune at Toronto's famous Cameron House. Tom is one of the most energetic and instinctual musicians I have ever played with and he brings out the best in everyone around him. He's a well-known CBC host and has a great bluegrass podcast with interviews with some of the genre's legends.
